Returns
Under Australian Consumer Law, products you buy from an Australian Business are covered by ‘consumer guarantees’; Home Hardware Ocean Grove will gladly honour all stipulations of these guarantees. For a full outline of these guarantees please visit consumer.vic.gov.au
Change of mind: We do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind. Should you wish to exchange the product you originally ordered for another product of equal or higher value you will be liable for all resulting postage costs. Please choose carefully as once an order has been processed online we cannot reverse the dispatch process.
Faulty/ Damaged product: Ocean Grove Home Hardware will happily refund or exchange any item should it be found to be faulty, including not working in the manner that was described in the product description of the website or as a result of a manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase and proof of fault must be provided to Ocean Grove Home Hardware within 5 working days of delivery. If the fault falls within the 6 months warranty period and under the warranty guidelines it will be processed accordingly (please see product warranty for further information). In most cases we will ask for photographic evidence be provided to us to assess the fault, in extreme cases we may ask for the item/s to be returned for assessment, if found to be faulty we will refund all postage costs incurred to you.
